能被信任,我也是知道是之前自己的努力才能做到部门的经理这个位置,作为管理也是比以前更少的去到前线做销售的工作,而是更多的统筹大家的工作,去发现一些问题去帮忙解决,遇到一些情况也是去处理好,让部门一起努力才能做好销售,以前是一个人去单干而今却是带着同事们一起的努力,可以说有很大的不一样,同时也是由于自己是一路成长起来的,所以也是对于工作更加的熟悉,明白自己应该如何的来做才能真的带着大家做好销售工作,当然之前也是由于没有管理的经验,所以有些方面还是做的比较的粗糙,但总体来说也是还不错的,特别是过去的一年,即使遇到了一些危机,但大家一起努力下,也是去克服并取得了很不错的成绩。而这不但是自己的管理方面做好,也是同事们积极的去做好了销售的一个工作。

一年的工作已经接近了尾声,对于来年的工作我也是有自己的计划,同时也是会继续的带着大家去完成销售的任务,而自己作为管理人员,虽然不在前线了,但是也是要深入的了解市场,而不仅仅是在办公室里面,对于工作也是会继续的开展做好,让领导满意,也是让自己去进步。
公司是有公司的所有员工共同组成,管理好公司才能够带来让公司快速发展,才能够创造新的辉煌。
一、做好员工的基础培训
精英是所有公司都渴望得到的,但是世界这么大,真正的精英也不一定会来到我们这里,就算来到了这里也不一定会一直留下去,因为这样的精英都是其他地方来的,对公司没有归属感,也就不会为公司尽心尽力的去付出,所以做好自己公司的人才储备才是最关键的,虽然不一定能够培养出非常出色的人才,但是这些人都是公司可以信赖的,都是公司的正真中间力量,把这些中间力量培养起来就会使得公司整体飞跃,员工即使基层,也是中间力量,做好培训,传授工作技巧,培养他们的能力,他们所学到的知识也会运用到公司工作中,舍不得花费小代价去培训自己的员工,这就相当于不愿意加固自己的基础,每个公司都是通过内部培养,外部招揽的方式来实现工的递进,但是很多时候靠得住的还是公司内部培养出来的人,也只有他们对工地有感情,愿意一直做下去。
二、提升员工对公司的认同
来到公司后每个员工都会成为我们的伙伴我们的家人,因此我们就必须要留住他们,从资金上面吗?你开的工资高其他的公司开的更高,如果优秀迟早会被挖走。做好员工的思想工作是非常重要的。每个新来的员工,我们都要想方设法的提高他们对公司的认同感,让他们接受公司,认同公司,愿意成为公司的一员愿意与公司一起成长,需要通过举行一些活动,来增加感情,需要做好员工的感情工作,保证员工能够在公司做得开心,过的快乐,这样才能够使得他们愿意为公司发展付出自己的力量。
三、公平公正,赏罚分明
作为管理人员,对待每一个员工都必须要做到公平公正,因为很多时候员工不怕拿到的少就怕不公平,收到不公正的待遇,公平公正是作为一个管理人员必须具备的,不因为自己的喜好行事,也不会收到他人的影响感情行事,一切都靠具体的事实数据说话。员工做的好就必须要给予应有的奖励,发挥他们的积极性,如果员工发现做的好也没有任何的用处和平常一样只会让他们变得沉寂,不在愿意去努力,因为无论好坏都是一样的结果又有谁愿意这么做呢,不要把他人当傻子,犯了错一定要惩戒,一是要告诫员工不准再犯,二也是起到威慑的作用,让其他员工引以为戒。
四、知人善用
管理者就必须要学会用人,只有用好人才能够把发挥出每个人的潜力,有的人擅长交际,有的人技术不错,有的人有想法等等,对待不同的人,他们的能力不同通过观察发现他们的长处优点,适当的调整他们的工作,让他们发挥出自己的长处,使得工作更高效这才是最好的。
管理不是简简单单的安排就能够做好的,他需要付出比其他人更多的努力,花费更多的心思,去完善去进步。

10月份我区认真贯彻执行细化管理,积极响应集团公司号召,在矿党委、矿行政、矿专业的正确领导下,进一步深化精细化管理,从实际出发,积极探索新思路、新方法,工作都取得了较好的成绩。
现将10月份的工作总结如下:
(一)精细化管理考核A卡的执行情况
为确保精细化管理工作的顺利开展,我区在此基础上健全、完善了A卡考核,并制定了严格细致的管理制度。
(1)我区所有出勤人员必须持有A卡,作为当天工作考核依据,否则将计一分,并联责工长予以10元的罚款。
(2)在考核项目点检制、正规操作、遵章守纪、危险源辨识、定置化管理、联责联保中做了详细的考核标准,使各项工序更有清晰度。
(3)自评得分要求每一名员工在工作中自我考核,自我评价,并且签字;班长考核和安质员考核能够严格按照标准进行评分,并且签字。
(4)能够按要求在扣分栏中写明扣分原因,做到了因果联系。
(5)当班工作总结、事故记录做到了详细记录其工作内容和工作量以及有无事故情况,认真填写了联责区域和联责人。
(6)对现场存在的隐患能及时汇报与隐患台帐形成闭合。
(7)每一个岗位工能够对设备点检情况进行不少于2次点检发现问题及时处理。
(二)精细化管理考核B卡的执行情况
(1)B卡由安质员填写,能清楚的反映施工地点、班组、日期、班次、进尺、工程质量、零星工程、车皮考核、物料考核、员工出勤考核、综合考核评分、实际得分等情况。
(2)施工人员B卡中三工转换由核算员根据考核分xx%评出,最高分为甲级员工,最低分为丙级员工,其余为乙级员工,并对甲、乙员工当天奖罚,实现了三工转换。
(三)精细化管理考核C卡的执行情况
能够按照要求将B卡所得分填写到C卡中,每月月底统计各项奖罚及保勤考核,形成了A、B、C三卡互动。
综上所述,我区在4月份精细化管理中构筑了一道较为完善的精细化管理考核网络,将各级管理人员和职工的责任落实到实处,从而增强了职工的安全意识,为精细化管理考核奠定了基础。

即将辞去20XX年,又将迎来崭新的一年:20XX!在这年终结尾之际,我们有必要总结过去以便更好的展望未来,深思反省过去,更好的把握将来,因此我将我在20XX年一年的工作作出如下年终总结:我在单位是名司机兼党支部的宣传委员。职责是接送领导,由车管员统一派车保证领导及各部门的业务用车。
在工作中我能端正思想,努力提高服务意识,严格遵守考勤制度,服从领导及调度的工作安排。爱护车辆,每天上班对车辆进行清洁;节约用油;遵守交通法规;树立“双安”思想,即“行车安全、乘员安全”,每个月定期参加交管部门组织的安全学习;不断提高技术水平。下班后将车辆停在地下停车厂或指定的停车位置。在8小时以外及双休日,无私自动车的现象发生。车辆需要保养及维修时,在指定的车辆维修站维修,车辆因技术状况要维修时,通过车管、经理批准后,确实符合维修条件的,在送修理厂修理。在报销停车、过路费经过车管的审核、经理的签字送致财务室报销,严格财务审批程序。
在党支部宣传委员的工作中,能起到上传下达的作用。能认真贯彻执行党支部、领导决策和决议,积极参加党支部各项党、工、团的活动。具体实施会议的决议,体现大局意识、协作意识、服务意识,在企业规模迅速扩大,各项基础业务剧增的情况下,有是加班、加点、勤奋工作、毫无怨言。在各项管理工作的同时,做好内外宣传,积极开展工作,把所学到的东西融入到生活、工作中去。
在我部xxxx年公司的党工团大检查中,我党支部的材料受到公司的好评。我还整理了“创建自治区级红旗单位”的材料,明年自治区爱卫会将对我部“创建自治区级红旗单位”进行抽查。并且我们结合本部的实际修改、完善了本单位的党风廉政建设责任制。
在物业部的各项劳动中始终能冲锋在前,吃苦在前享乐在后,扫雪时自己的环境区扫完后帮助还没有打扫完的部门打扫,从不计较个人得失,积极向优秀共产党员的标准靠拢。当然在我的身上还存在很多的不足之处:有是候很消极,工作不主动,带着情绪工作,这样在工作中会出现很多的问题,工作没有效率,在今后的工作中我会努力克服自身的不足,我相信困难是暂时的前途是光明的。
